I worked in Animal Welfare in India for many years, specifically street dog nursing, rescue & feeding. Everywhere I go in India, the pack dogs claim me as one of their own. I've never known a greater love or companionship than these beautiful earth angels, teachers & guides.
A citizen of Canada, Ireland & India,
I deeply honour the ancestral wisdom & land of these beautiful nations, with a special acknowledgement to the land and original people where I was born, the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg & the Chippewas of Rama First Nation and to the land and original people where I currently reside, the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of Sc'ianew First Nation, I have a growing passion inside me to support the Indigenous Rising in my birth country, for we need their wisdom, leadership & voices more than ever before, especially the women and matriarchs. I humbly walk as an ally on this path together towards truth & reconciliation to bring healing for our nation, its people, the land, animals, sacred waters and 7 generations past & future.
