With close to 20 years travelling to, living, studying & serving in India, immersing myself in the ancient cyclical wisdom practices of the East including Yoga, Ayurveda & Tibetan Buddhism.
And a background in Tourism across Canada & India, with a Science Degree & Practice, rooted in Western Healthcare & Nursing, I love merging the East & West for a more Holistic & Multi-Dimensional Approach to Health, Wellness, Healing & Balance.
From the Celtic Wheel of the Year to Western Evolutionary Astrology, I work with the creative & cyclical nature of the earth and sky.
Over the years, creating, collaborating and participating in unique & diverse offerings from Music, Dance, Events, Circles, Ceremonies, Festivals & Retreats to Readings, Sessions, Classes & Courses.
A curious student for life, not a day goes by that I'm not studying, reflecting, deepening, contemplating or self-inquiring about the great mysteries of life and human consciousness.

With a deep love for the earth and all her beings,
I worked in Animal Welfare in India for many years, specifically street dog nursing, rescue & feeding. Everywhere I go in India, the pack dogs claim me as one of their own. I've never known a greater love or companionship than these beautiful earth angels, teachers & guides.
As a citizen of Canada, Ireland & India, I deeply honour the ancestral wisdom & land of these beautiful nations, with a special acknowledgement to the land and original people where I was born, the traditional territory of the Anishinaabeg & the Chippewas of Rama First Nation and to the land and original people where I currently reside, the traditional, ancestral and unceded territory of Sc'ianew First Nation, I have a growing passion inside me to support the Indigenous Rising in my birth country, for we need their wisdom, leadership & voices more than ever before, especially the women and matriarchs. I humbly walk as an ally on this path together towards truth & reconciliation to bring healing for our nation, its people, the land, animals, sacred waters and 7 generations past & future.
