I have grown to understand boundaries as being a very complex spiritual lesson.
How strong are you in your own presence, force field, integrity, self-worth, power, vulnerability, self-respect, faith and self-love to not waiver your boundaries?
How much do you let the following affect you?
*Friends and family
*Romantic relationships
*Media and social media
*Crowds
*Weather
*Cosmic/Planetary energies
The collective energy is heavy and fearful AF.
Even if you keep your own energy field clear, it takes a lot of extra work these days, especially as an energy sponge like an empath.
If we're not clearing our field everyday, there will be cracks.
When you are standing in your power and sharing your light, if you're not doing your spiritual cleansing, protection and activations, external forces, parasites, viruses, people, energy and past energies can sneak into these cracks.
This spiritual journey is challenging and isolating at times and it's heightened at the moment with this recent eclipse cycle completing and closing chapters, helping us to clear out old energies and versions of self. That's why you may have been visited by people from your past showing up lately or old egoic patterns resurfacing. Just popping in to say hello, remember me, we are done here right?
When we know we are growing, healing and evolving, we also hope for this in others as well. But how much may we be projecting the potentials we see and hope for as present energy, when in reality it's just an illusion. It has not manifested and it may never.
Having love, compassion and understanding for this journey and seeing the light in others doesn't mean alignment and enlightenment is there in the physical.
There is so much shade, deception, lies and manipulation these days. It's like second nature to many.
Acceptance.
Trust.
Faith.
Patience.
Listen to your body and intuition.
Even if you're lonely, which many of us are, have faith that everything your soul is craving is on its way.
Don't dim your light to fit in.
Don't disarm and disempower to save and uplift others.
Stay connected to nature and source and choose your higher self every time.
